SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY – HOMEPLICITY DESIGN SRL
This Shipping & Returns Policy is part of our Terms & Conditions and describes how HOMEPLICITY DESIGN SRL deals with shipping and deliveries of orders and returns.
We do not hold you responsible if our logistics provider is unable to deliver a shipment and reserve the right to advance any charges concerning your order. The responsibility for shipping products lies exclusively with the logistics providers.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
HOMEPLICITY orders are delivered Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. As every order is unique, shipping costs will vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of your chosen items. Deliveries to post office box numbers are not accepted. All relevant delivery options available for your order will be displayed at checkout.
HOMEPLICITY processes the order within two business days after the order was received. Once completed, we will ship your order with one of the logistic providers according to their timescale. We will keep you updated with tracking information and estimated delivery date.
Once the products of your order leave our warehouse, the actual delivery may be affected by events that are beyond our control. Thus, HOMEPLICITY does not assume any responsibility for any delay in delivery due to unexpected logistics-related events.
If any logistics delay occurs, you may send an e-mail to shop@acinteriors.eu, and we will do our best to contact the logistics company to help resolve the issue.
For time-sensitive deliveries, we may design a tailor-made delivery solution specifically for you. Please e-mail us at shop@acinteriors.eu to discuss tailor-made shipping arrangements and fees.
RETURN INFORMATION
At HOMEPLICITY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes returns or exchanges may be necessary. Please review our Return Policy below to understand the procedures and conditions for returning or exchanging handcrafted items.
Kindly note that our returns are not free thus you will have to bear the cost of returning the products. You may book a courier of your choice and send the package back to us. Please email us (shop@acinteriors.eu) the tracking number of the package that you ship in return to us and request a receipt.
- Eligibility for Returns
1.1 Unused and Unaltered: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging.
1.2 Timeframe: You must initiate the return process within 14 days from the date of delivery. Returns requested after this period may not be accepted.
1.3 Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation or receipt, is required for all returns.
- Return Process
2.1 Contact Customer Service: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team (shop@acinteriors.eu) within the eligible timeframe. Provide them with your order details and reason for the return.
2.2 Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with instructions and a return authorization number (RMA) if your return is approved. Please do not return any items without obtaining the RMA number.
2.3 Packaging and Shipping: Securely package the item in its original packaging or an appropriate substitute. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.
- Inspection and Refunds
3.1 Item Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it for compliance with the return eligibility criteria mentioned in section 1. If the item fails to meet these criteria, we reserve the right to deny the return or charge a restocking fee.
3.2 Refund Process: If the returned item meets the return eligibility criteria, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment, excluding any shipping charges incurred during the initial purchase.
3.3 Refund Timing: Please note that it may take a reasonable amount of time for the refund to be processed and appear in your account. The exact timeframe may depend on your financial institution’s policies.
- Exchanges
4.1 Exchange Process: If you wish to exchange the item for another product, please follow the return process outlined above and indicate your desire for an exchange when contacting our customer service team. We will assist you in finding a suitable replacement.
4.2 Exchange Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired replacement item is not available, we will process a refund instead.
- Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally non-returnable unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt:
- Customized or personalized items
- Clearance or sale items
- Items purchased from third-party sellers or platforms
